Weather update: overcast weather are expected in Delhi today, while rainfall is predicted in the eastern area by IMD. View the whole forecast

<p>Up till February 23, 2024, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted rainfall and sporadic thunderstorm activity for northeast and adjacent east India.</p>

<p>The western Himalayan area is expected to be affected by a new western disturbance starting on February 24. The region is expected to see isolated to scattered rainfall and snowfall from February 24 to 27.</p>
<p>Delhi will see a foggy sky.<br />
The national capital is likely to have partly overcast skies today, with lowest and maximum temperatures predicted to be in the range of 11 and 25 degrees Celsius, respectively, according to the MeT.</p>
<p>The city’s highest temperature on Wednesday was 26.9 degrees Celsius, which is a little bit higher than usual, while the morning low was 12.2 degrees Celsius.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, data from the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) shows that Delhi’s air quality remained in the “poor” category with a rating of 245.</p>
<p>An AQI of 0–50 is regarded as “good,” 51–100 as “satisfactory,” 101–200 as “moderate,” 201–300 as “poor,” 301–400 as “very poor,” and 401–500 as “severe.”</p>

Up to February 23, Arunachal Pradesh is predicted to have moderately widespread to widespread rainfall and snowfall due to a cyclonic circulation over northeast Assam and neighbors in lower tropospheric levels.</p>
